The job is for the Female candidate residing in and around Al Nahda Sharjah.
Preferred experience as Customer Support or Receptionist.
Job Purpose:
Client Management -
To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
Customer Relationship
- To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Retention
- Solve customers' issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
Receptionist -
Greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments, maintaining the reception area, and performing administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Admin Support
- Managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence like phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents, managing office supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping and data entry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
