German-speaking Customer Support Agent (m/f/d)
to handle and resolve customer inquiries in
German
via a ticket-based support system.
Your Responsibilities
Handling and resolving customer inquiries
in German
via a ticket system (email / web forms)
Reviewing customer data, orders, and invoices
Responding to standard and individual customer requests based on internal guidelines
Documenting all cases accurately in the ticket system
Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the relevant internal departments
Ensuring professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication with customers
Your Profile
Fluent or native-level German (written) is mandatory
Previous experience in customer support or ticket-based support is an advantage, but not required
Structured, accurate, and independent working style
Confident use of computers, email, and web-based tools
Ability to remain calm and efficient under high ticket volumes
Professional, service-oriented communication skills
