Job Description
PACT Employment Services, on behalf of a leading Digital Bank in the UAE, is hiring talented professionals for the role of Customer Success Officer / SME Liability Sales under the Business Banking Group.
? Position Overview:
? Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire business clients for various business banking products
- Engage with potential clients through open market, referrals, and outbound efforts
- Conduct onboarding -- from documentation to platform activation
- Deliver a seamless client onboarding experience and training sessions
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
- Coordinate with Compliance, Tech, Product, and Sales teams
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on progress
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
? 1-3 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer success (preferably in FinTech, Banking, or SaaS)
? Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
? Hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)
? Passion for supporting startups and SMEs in the digital space
? Salary: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000
? Work Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
? Immediate Joiners Preferred
