We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager
based in the United Arab Emirates (
UAE
) to join our dynamic team and become a key player in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term loyalty. This is a full-time hybrid or remote role - perfect for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and excited about working with international clients.
What You'll Do
Lead client onboarding and integration, ensuring a smooth start and deep understanding of our solutions
Deliver engaging training sessions and educational support (online and in-person when needed)
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as their key point of contact
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on client needs
Support clients in product configuration and usage, helping them maximize value
Collect feedback, monitor satisfaction, and act as a voice of the customer within the company
Keep clients informed about updates, improvements, and new features
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
2+ years in customer success, client services, or a similar role
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) - Arabic is a strong plus
Based in the UAE, with the ability to work remotely or in a hybrid format
Excellent communication skills and a talent for relationship-building
Comfortable working with IT-products and providing technical guidance
Highly organized and accountable with a proactive mindset
Empathetic and attentive - you genuinely want to help people succeed
Experience in sales or upselling is a bonus
Knowledge of financial services or brokerage industry is a plus
