REVE Chat is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused
Customer Success Manager
based in
India
to manage and grow relationships with our global customer base. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive maximum value from our AI-powered live chat and chatbot platform.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS or customer-facing tech roles, who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers achieve success through technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from on boarding through adoption and long-term success.
Understand each customer's business goals and recommend solutions using REVE Chat's features and capabilities.
Conduct virtual onboarding, product demos, and training sessions tailored to various use cases.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to reduce churn.
Handle customer escalations professionally and work cross-functionally with product and support teams to resolve issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Collect and share customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap and improve customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM and support tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
2 to 6 years of experience
in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech company or similar product.
Experience managing international customers, particularly in the
US, Europe, and the Middle East
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
Willingness to work in shifts aligned with
US/European time zones
.
Malayalam speaking candidate prefer based at dubai.
