You will serve as the trusted advisor post-sale--guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success with our Odoo-based solutions. Your role is key to driving retention, upselling opportunities, and building advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the
end-to-end customer relationship
post-sale--from onboarding to ongoing support and renewals.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for key clients, ensuring they realize full value from their ERP implementation.
Partner with project managers and functional consultants to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Monitor client health and usage patterns to proactively resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
Identify and pursue opportunities for
upsell, cross-sell
, and referrals through value-driven conversations.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to align on goals, KPIs, and growth roadmaps.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to relay client feedback and influence future roadmap decisions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, milestones, and risk flags in CRM tools.
Help shape and scale Customer Success frameworks and best practices as we grow.
Requirements:
Minimum
4+ years of Dubai experience
in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles--preferably in ERP, SaaS, or software implementation environments.
Strong knowledge of
ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
and business workflows in areas like finance, sales, operations, and HR.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain high retention and satisfaction rates.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to understand client needs and connect them with actionable ERP solutions.
Experience using CRM, ticketing, and project collaboration tools.
Valid UAE driver's license
