• Buildvalue-basedrelationshipswithcustomers andcreateTalent500champions
• Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to understand customerlifecyclemilestones, communicatethevalueofourproduct, showcaseROI,
• Drive desiredcustomeroutcomes throughaconsultativeapproach
• Ensurecustomerretentionbynegotiatingandclosingrenewals
• IdentifyappropriatebusinessusecaseswhereTalent500canbeapplied
• Establishdeploymentgoalsanddesiredsuccessoutcomesandthendevelopaplantocarrythe moutsuccessfully
• Haveastrongbusiness sensetokeeplookingoutfornewusecasesandsolutionsusingTalent500tocreateawin-winsituationwithcustomers
• Communicateandbrain-stormwithinternalteamsoncustomer feedbackandhelpachievecustomer goals
