Requirements:
fluent in English & Arabic
2 years customer service experience
basic experience with computer programs and ability to learn
Responsibilities:
customer service via WhatsApp and phone
generating invoices
following up on payments with customers
coordinating appointments for customers to bring their cars
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
