Sunwest Global General Trading is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented
Customer Service Agent
to join our Tourism Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers with travel inquiries, package details, and sales support via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tourism packages
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide detailed information on travel packages, pricing, and booking processes
Assist customers with booking, changes, or cancellations of packages
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams for up-to-date travel offers and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel/tourism industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
