Customer Services Consultants
Identify emerging trends and platforms in
digital marketing and social media.
Manage day-to-day interface and
relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient lead
qualification to conversion process is maintained
Maintaining fruitful
relationships with existing and new customers.
Ensure a
high level of quality standards is applied and correct information is
obtained from the customer for the use of contracts, changes in services and
renewals.
Maintain understanding of competitor
services, strategies, and tactics to deploy winning strategies in the
marketplace to meet monthly target.
Day-to-day conversion of the in-house sales
enquiries, including implementation and development of strategy to achieve
the monthly target.
Follow the sales tactics to drive market
opportunities and implement the campaign specifics to achieve the revenue
goals.
Work efficiently as part of a team to
finish the sale and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the transaction.
Work within well-defined KPIs and targets.
Maintaining profitable relationships with both current and new consumers.
Outstanding verbal communication
skills, great email etiquette, and elevated speech.
Provide knowledgeable and
accurate answers to customers.
