Here at Holo we are looking to expand the Mortgage Sales team with the addition of a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre/Sales Customer Service Rep. This role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and support, synonymous with Holo.

Here at Holo we are looking to expand the Mortgage Sales team with the addition of a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre/Sales Customer Service Rep. This role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and support, synonymous with Holo.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to our customers via phone and email.
- Address our customer inquiries in a professional manner. (no complaints to deal with here!)
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and preferences via our CRM.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Efficiently handle a high volume of outbound phone calls to respond to our customer enquiries.
- Utilise client database to identify and cultivate sales leads.
- Facilitate connections between sales leads and Mortgage Managers.
- Cultivate enduring relationships and foster trust with customers through transparent and articulate dialogues.
- Achieve sales quotas and effectively manage call handling objectives.
- Adhere to established communication protocols and standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer engagement by consistently going above and beyond expectations.
- Has own visa (we will provide a labour card)
- Previous experience in customer service or pre-sales role or is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service
