We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Life Insurance department. Based in our Dubai office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilising excellent and in-depth knowledge of the products we distribute following our internal /external policies and procedures. What will you be doing:
- Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and customers
- Evaluate new business and servicing applications
- Assist financial advisers and customer with documentation
- Maintain client and policy data in our internal system
- Interact regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt with
- Coordinate with our compliance department when required
- Demonstrate a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d and professional attitude
- Prior experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industry
- Familiar with insurance providers operating with the local market, their products, and processes
- Must be a team player and use their initiative
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
