Qualifications



Confidentiality: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive inventory, financial, and operational data.

Organizational & Analytical Skills: Proficient in planning, organizing tasks, time management, inventory control, and generating accurate reports.

Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated empathy and willingness to collaborate with cross-departmental teams (e.g., finance, sales, after-sales) to achieve shared goals.

Adaptability: Willingness to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and extend working hours as needed to ensure operational continuity.



1.

Inventory Management

: Oversee incoming and outgoing stock operations, ensuring accuracy in tracking and recording inventory movements.

2.

Reporting

: Prepare monthly inventory reports, summarizing stock levels, discrepancies, and trends for management review.

3.

Billing & Invoicing

: Issue billing invoices for various order types, including:

Demo Purchase Orders Normal Sales Orders Used Phone Orders Staff Demo Phones Gift/Rewards Billing DOA (Dead on Arrival) Replacement Orders
4.

Demo Operations Supervision

: Plan and supervise shop demo installations, ensuring timely delivery of demo units to meet display requirements.

5.

Stock Replenishment

: Manage stock orders for replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts.

6.

Borrowed Phones Tracking

: Monitor borrowed phones in both back-office and shop demo displays; send monthly reminder emails to departments to follow up on the return of units.

7.

DOA Returns Documentation

: Maintain a detailed record list of the shop's DOA returns for Credit Note (CN) issuance purposes.

8.

Invoice Verification

: Track and record billing invoices issued by after-sales teams; ensure receipt of signed or shop-stamped invoice copies for audit compliance.

9.

Used Phone Pricing

: Update stock quantity and pricing on the used phone price list to reflect current market and operational adjustments.

10.

Cross-Department Coordination

: Share updated used phone price lists with the finance department by every salary cut-off date for accurate staff salary deductions.

11.

Deadline Compliance

: Consistently meet work deadlines for all assigned tasks, including reporting, invoicing, and inventory updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
