Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Customer Service
Provide clear information about available properties, prices, payment plans, and project details.
Assist clients with questions, concerns, and viewing arrangements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and property tours.
Administrative & Support
Track daily call activity and lead status updates.
Prepare basic reports for management on lead conversions and pipeline.
Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) - Mandatory
High school diploma or bachelor's degree
Previous experience in customer service or telesales preferred (real estate is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and target-driven
Strong telephone etiquette and customer-focused approach
Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
