Job Function: Customer Service



To provide excellent customer service by providing on-time delivery and timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

Duties & Responsibilities

\xef\x82\xa7 Preparation of job quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with relevant Sales Manager and sister companies.
\xef\x82\xa7 Support external sales team with specific customer account information.
\xef\x82\xa7 Networking and communication with customers, agents, and other JC operations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Review customers enquiries and orders.
\xef\x82\xa7 Following up and monitoring of internal order processing and delivery performance.
\xef\x82\xa7 Assist finance in resolving payment issues in case of product discrepancies.
\xef\x82\xa7 Use of SAP, C4C business system and its relevant modules.
\xef\x82\xa7 Work with other departments to expedite the service to customers.
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare notifications for non-compliances.
\xef\x82\xa7 Review LOC for commercial terms and conditions.

The Individual

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education/Training: Diploma or University Degree in Economics, Commerce or similar field.

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in sales or commercial administration in particular handling export and shipping documents and LOCs.
Experience in Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Knowledge/Skills: Ability to learn SAP system.
Ability to learn about John Crane product portfolio & product codes.
Excellent MS Office background.

Languages: English and French (for Middle East & North Africa support) are mandatory.
