Customer Service Supervisor




Minimum Requirements:


Proven ability to manage and motivate a large multinational team. Strong team player with leadership skills. Extensive experience in customer-facing roles (Mall, Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, or Airline). Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to prepare reports and presentations. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English. Smart, professional appearance with a well-groomed demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team to meet business objectives. Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports and presentations as required. Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all business levels.
