Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support customer service team
Manage daily operations and staff schedules
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards
Coordinate with management for events and promotions
Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service experience (cinema/hospitality/retail preferred)
Supervisory or team leader background
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
