Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
• Support the Duty Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth departmental workflow.
• Supervise and coach the customer service team to achieve service quality and performance targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all displays and ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Handle cash management procedures including counting, balancing, and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Oversee and promote specialized retail services such as Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and professionalism.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a retail customer service or supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• Proven experience in cash handling and adherence to financial policies.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Attention to detail and passion for maintaining high store presentation and service standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
