About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lead lifecycle, from nurturing initial inquiries to converting them into qualified leads for our agents. You will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline and contributing to PSI's continued success in the UAE's real estate market.

Responsibilities:



Qualify and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate agents based on expertise and geographic area. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market trends and buyer/seller profiles. Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and text message to build rapport and understand their needs. Conduct market research and provide potential clients with valuable information about the local market. Schedule appointments with qualified leads and agents. Follow up with leads to gauge their interest and answer any questions they may have. Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and detailed lead information. Generate reports to track lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest real estate marketing strategies and technology.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or customer service Proven track record of successfully qualifying and converting leads. Excellent customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations. Fluency in English is required for clear and effective communication with clients and agents. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of the UAE real estate industry is a plus. Proficient in CRM software and other relevant technology tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
