Job Description

Responsibilities:Processing customer orders and deliveriesBilling customers on delivered orders in SAPAssigning orders to the local team for processingCoordinating and managing all back-end operations including managing files, conducting research and analysis and other administrative tasksCoordinate with various departments such as Sales, Finance, Product to ensure all actions are completedManage and update daily MIS in MS Excel and other CRM systemsMonthly MIS reports to be sent to the Team Leader and ManagerHandle incoming phone calls and emails, answer queries and provide assistance to team members and internal departmentsRespond to clients queries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerFollow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.Required Skills1-3 years proven work experience as a Customer Service cum Coordinator on similar rolesBachelor's degree in business administration or commerceCustomer service experience within UAE desired.Strong written & verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other CRM software (mandatory)Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelySound knowledge of office management procedures and systemsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
