We are a growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Support internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
