As a

Customer Service Specialist

, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients - from the first message to the final photo delivery.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Welcome and guide clients through their journey with us with a warm and friendly demeanor. Keep the studio well-organized and the sessions running smoothly. Manage bookings, payments, and client communication. Support photographers and ensure a great client experience. Solving small issues with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

We'll Love Working With You If You

Have at least

1 year of customer service experience

(hospitality/retail preferred). Are a natural problem solver who LOVES helping people. Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. Have excellent communication skills in English. Are a flexible team player (able to work on weekends/holidays). Believe that kindness and professionalism always go together.
