Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and maintain a positive front-office environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage vehicle rental transactions including agreements, payments, and documentation
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers at pickup and return, checking for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels
• Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Promote rental upgrades, insurance coverage, accessories, and value-added services
• Support loyalty program enrollment and communicate ongoing promotions and offers
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures

Ideal Profile

• High school qualification or diploma; bachelor's degree is an advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, front office, retail, hospitality, or vehicle rental operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products and services
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and professional in handling complaints
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and transaction handling
