Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain customer records and update information in the system
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate: * Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work well in a team environment
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Experience using customer service software or CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
