A reputable private sector employer in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about company products, services, and policies
Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert assistance to customers
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
