- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, over the phone, email, or in-person visits. Provide accurate information about the foundation\'s services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Investigate and address customer complaints, concerns, or issues, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Guide visitors through the application process for the foundation\'s programs, explaining eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, deadlines, and any additional steps involved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and case details using the foundation\'s designated systems or databases.
- Compile reports and provide statistical data related to customer service activities, as requested by management
