Qualification and responsibilities are Bachelor Degree with minimum experience 4-5 years in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry must be in Customer Service Field preferably Medical Sector, Contact suppliers to get quotations, Prepare quotations, Coordinate with different departments to organize deliveries, Place orders with different suppliers, Proven working experience as Customer Service Executive in medical field is a plus, Good Experience and knowledge of customer service software, database and tools; Strong client-facing and communication skills, Take ownership of customers issue and follow problems through to resolutions, Immediate joining will be considered.
