Job description About us: We are a dental medical group with several locations across the UAE seeking a candidate to join our customer service team. Job description:
- Ensure patients are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous and responsive manner at all times
- Attend reception calls both internal and external
- Ensure the reception area is staffed and well organized at all times
- Represent the group in the best manner in dealing with patients as well as colleagues
- Check patient eligibility, insurance details, input information and book appointments etc.\xe2\x80\xa6
- Cashiering duties
- Filling of daily reports and other administrative tasks
- The successful applicant:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Customer service-oriented behavior
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proven work experience as a receptionist/ Front office representative or similar role.
- Experience in medical/dental field is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details
