Job Responsibilities: - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers. - Coordinate with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure efficient and timely customer service. - Assist in processing orders and resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide customers with guidance on product selection and usage. - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback for service improvement.
Job Requirements: - At least 2-5 years of customer service experience in the UAE. - Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is required. - Native Arabic or Tagalog-speaking candidates with excellent fluency in English. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software.
