Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through addressing customer queries, concerns as well as complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
  • Use various communication channels such as phone, email as well as chat to engage with customers and provide support
  • Document and update customer interactions, inquiries as well as complaints in a clear and concise way
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field is preferred
  • Should be able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
