Our client, a leading purification and filtration service provider is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their office based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.
Responsibilities:
Keeping a proper record of the customers.
Maintaining and updating the information of the clients regularly.
Coordinating with company branches located at various locations globally.
Checking and maintaining the records on stock availability regularly.
Coordinating with the suppliers, and agents and answering their queries.
Following up on the payments.
Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a customer service executive.
A diploma or degree in any discipline.
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Availability to handle work pressure.
Pick up and drop will be provided within the Sharjah location (This will be finalized only in the interview)
Salary: AED 3500 - 4000
Job Location: Saif Zone Sharjah.
