Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The customer care representative is responsible for providing customer service and support to healthcare customers. The representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues.

  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
  • Collect copays and deductible payments
  • Maintain and update customer and referral information
  • Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
Preferred qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers
