Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting Leads into Clients. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
  • Coordinate with team to organize meetings with prospects.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
All Staff is required to wear a mask. Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
  • Hindi (Preferred)
