The Role
Position Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A well-known manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics. : . Interact directly with customers via e-mail, phone & social media . Review all posts and comments shared by customers on social media like Instagram and Facebook and provide positive compliments to customers, or answer any questions . Handle all "offline" sales in Middle East & Internationally and respond to any purchases that are made via phone, email and social media . Provide correct pricing and product information to customers . Handle translation (English - Arabic and vice versa) for operations department and when requested
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Arabic nationals . 35 years old and below . Bachelors/Masters or other related degree . Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar role and preferred candidate who is well versed in Arabic/English reading and writing How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
