Assist clients worldwide through live chat support
Answer e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
Handle of Back-office queries
Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
Provide all relevant documents and materials for client.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Mandarin - absolutely essential
Able to work on Night Shift
Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
Good command of communication skills required
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Proficient in MS office application and computer skills
Knowledge of Financial Market will be an advantage
Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
