- Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models)
- Greet phoning customers.
- Understand customer's needs and expectation.
- Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers' needs.
- Build relationships with customers
- Be flexible with work timings and duties
- Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.
- Effectively manage and solve customers' complains.
- Feed and update customers' information in the system.
- Assist with social media marketing.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
