We are looking for confident and customer-focused
Russian-speaking CSR
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and delivering high-quality service through clear and professional communication.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, service verification, and follow-ups Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner Communicate effectively while maintaining the company's brand standards Accurately record customer responses and feedback Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Fluency in
Russian
(spoken and written) is mandatory Good command ofEnglish
is preferred Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Candidates with avalid visa
