As our company continues to expand, we need a confident Customer Relation Officer who is able to provide world class customer service for Stabit clients. To excel in this role you will need to be a great communicator, enjoy interacting with individuals and be professional in managing different types of profiles. You also will need to be detail oriented and organised in your work. Experience in OTC and blockchain industries would have an added advantage. This role also requires to be fluent in Russian.

• Assisting customers with processing transactions and answering their questions
• Tracking, recording, reporting and storing information related to transactions, company supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
• Handling transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner
• Providing identification/verification of clients
• Using software to track information and generate necessary reports
• Following all financial and security regulations and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance, banking or retail would be preferred
• Exceptional time management, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent people skills, experience in VIP experience would be an added advantage
• Demonstrate highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all

situations and documentation

• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Required language(s): Proficient in English and Russian
