? Manage appointments, registrations, and inquiries efficiently.
? Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
? Handle patient feedback and support a positive experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!).
- Friendly, energetic, and patient-focused attitude.
