Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a professional responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or requests regarding a company\'s products or services. CSRs communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, chat, or in-person, providing information, birthday inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their primary goal is to address customer needs promptly, professionally, and efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Additionally, CSRs may process orders, handle complaints, and strive to create a positive customer experience to build and retain customer loyalty. Must have at least a year of customer service experience. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
