Job Description

North American Services Center - the largest immigration company with over 36 years of experience hiring Customer Service Representative / Personal Assistant. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Answering and Forwarding phone calls.
  • Dealing with queries from leads and customers.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Collecting and distributing couriers.
  • Encoding in CRM assessments forms, courier inward & outward details, Visitors & Callers notes.
  • Updating appointment calendars, schedule and attend meetings.
  • Prepares of the reports.
  • Maintain Visitors Dairy.
  • Making follow ups.
  • Advise new clients in preparation of their case for immigration (PR, Work Permit, Travel Documents and etc.)
  • Assist management on preparing client\xe2\x80\x99s applications for submission to government authorities.
