Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
Updating appointment calendars, schedule and attend meetings.
Prepares of the reports.
Maintain Visitors Dairy.
Making follow ups.
Advise new clients in preparation of their case for immigration (PR, Work Permit, Travel Documents and etc.)
Assist management on preparing client\xe2\x80\x99s applications for submission to government authorities.
