Job Description

:
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Skills & Knowledge:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or its equivalent (Commerce or Business Administration degree are preferable)
  • Preferrable 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Outstanding in computer and MS Office skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational and presentable skills.
  • Transferable Visa (18-22)
  • Can join us immediately.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: KD450.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
