Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies
Keep the customer service area clean and organized
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Promote loyalty programs and special promotions
Uphold a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or supermarket setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
