Job Description

We are looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer inquiries about products, services, and promotions
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area
Monitor and replenish merchandise at the checkout counters
Provide information about loyalty programs and promotions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a retail setting is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic supermarket environment
Cash handling experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
