Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Determine and assess customers\' needs to satisfy them
  • Settle customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Create sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods
  • Meet personal or team sales targets
  • Sell products to customers
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions as well as alternatives within the time limits
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Prepare reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Respond to questions in a proper and timely manner
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Help customers understand the products and answer questions about their reservations
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in a business related course
  • Practical experience in the same required
  • Must be very comfortable using computers
  • Must be able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
