Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Kintlogix, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients logistics needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Assisting customers with tracking and tracing shipments, addressing delivery issues, and providing shipment status updates.
  • Collaborating with other teams.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
