Requirements
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email
Assisting customers with tracking and tracing shipments, addressing delivery issues, and providing shipment status updates.
Collaborating with other teams.
Resolving customer complaints.
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
