Requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Assisting customers with tracking and tracing shipments, addressing delivery issues, and providing shipment status updates.
- Collaborating with other teams.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
