One of the fastest-growing Life Insurance firms in the UAE is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives. Candidates with the required skills are invited to apply for this position. The primary function of the successful candidate would be to manage calls, emails, chats and walk-in customers to address customer needs. Job Responsibilities: Receive calls, emails, chats and walk-in customers to address customer needs, complaints, or other issues related to the service/product. Most of the interactions are inbound, but outbound calls can also be made based on specific requirements defined by the client. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, providing possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported and valued. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and suggest improvements to team leaders. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services. The Successful Applicant: Preferable Experience in the insurance field Two years of Call Center or customer service experience is a MUST Strong command of English and Arabic Proficient in desktop applications and the internet Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Competitive salary
