Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Listen attentively to customer concerns, questions, as well as feedback, and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, demonstrating patience and empathy throughout the process
• Collaborate with other team members, departments, as well as management to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective issue resolution
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor while maintaining ownership of the customer\'s concern
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions as well as transactions in the company\'s database
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with company offerings and best practices in customer service
• Develop a deep understanding of the company\'s products and services to provide accurate information and guidance when required

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate must have practical experience in the same or similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, as well as holidays, as and when required
• Proficiency in using computer systems
