Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously, aiming to exceed their expectations
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services as well as amenities, local attractions and points of interest
  • Respond to telephone calls, emails and in-person inquiries, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including managing reservations, room assignments as well as payment procedures
  • Attend to customers directly either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence and compliance
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely, following established protocols
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the hotel in a professional and customer-focused way
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide proactive recommendations and anticipate guest needs
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a practical experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse guests and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in computer applications including experience with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
