Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Agent We\'re hiring immediately / Rotational Shifts Arabic Native Speakers Gender: Male - : -Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information. -Provide extraordinary service to our customers via, Whatspp, and other access channels. -Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. -Proactively follow up with customers to ensure successful resolution of their problems. -Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. -Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex customer inquiries. -Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience. for process improvement to enhance customer experience. -Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Requirements: -Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance, Fintech, or technology field. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Ability to work on rotational shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM and from 5 AM to 1 AM. -Ability to join immediately. -Expected Salary 5000-5500 based on the experience -Benefits: Visa + Insurance Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Application Deadline: 20/06/2023
